Chef Lourine Weah
I'm chef Lourine Weah, co-owner and co-founder of L & N Gourmet Catering. I was born and raised in Liberia, West Africa. My love for cooking started at an early age. My biggest inspiration came from my late grandmother. Her kindness, hardworking and productive ways were instilled in me. She was an excellent cook. My culinary career started over 10 years ago.
I obtained my culinary degree and have pursued being an entrepreneur since then. My specialty is marinating but I enjoy creating elevated versions of different cuisines.
Chef Nataja Nelson
I'm chef Nataja Nelson, co-owner and co-founder of L & N Gourmet Catering. Born and raised in St. Paul MN, Nataja developed a passion for cooking as a young girl. She began her culinary career over 20 years ago working as a chef, jumping into the supervisor position at various locations during which time she also obained her business management degree. Nataja is known for her leadership and excellent customer service skills as well as always providing tasteful attractions dishes.
